headed by Col. KK Nanda (Retd.) who is a well-known name in the security
industry. Col. Nanda is an expert Security Auditor and a leading security
consultant whose services have been requisitioned by various Multi-National
Companies. We are handling security of large number of industrial houses,
five-star hotel, hospitals, corporate houses, residential complexes through a
team of experienced and well-trained staff.
1.Uniformed Guarding
We at Tiger Force understand your
qualitative requirement for a security personnel and work in that direction. We
also have strict criteria of selection, recruitment, training, and control of
security personnel.
We are providing security service to various industry verticals
like the following: -
Hospitality
We have been providing security services to various hospitals
like the Paras Hospital, Gurgaon, Fortis Escorts etc. We have streamlined
various SOPs of security required at areas like the emergency, the ICU lifts,
the ICU, the OPD etc.
Hotels
We have been taking care of the security of the prestigious 5-star
hotels like 'Sheraton Hotel' (Part of the ITC group) along with other
hospitality units. Our team has a good experience of handling the security of a
5-star deluxe hotel. Training in SOPs for the security at the main
porch, checking of vehicles, scanning baggages, handling of time office etc and
special training of guards to enable them to greet, guide and communicate with
guests makes our guard qualitatively enabled and guest orientated.
Manufacturing Units
The security of the manufacturing
units have to perform specialized tasks of handling the incoming and outgoing of
men and material. We train our guards on how to make various gate register
entries, check, and frisk various visitors and employees, carry out a check on
the quantity of material being loaded etc. We are providing security services
to various manufacturing units, like Diakin Airconditioning, LG Electronics,
Dixon Technologies etc.
Logistics and Warehouses
Today warehouses and logistics
companies are playing a major role in the supply chain. Proper entries for
incoming material, its storage, its distribution have gained a lot of significance
in terms of security. We at Tiger Force make sure that the guard follows the
correct SOPs e.g., that material cannot be stacked wrongly. We have been taking
care of security of some major warehouses like LG Warehouses, Agility
logistics, SD Loditrade, Honda Logistics, Linfox Logistics etc.
Training:
Training forms a very important
part of our organization and we lay great emphasis on this vital function.
All personnel provided by us are
fully trained in security related assignments. They are vetted and duly
verified by the Police Department before deployment. They are given additional
training for specific duties required at client's premises. Special emphasis is
laid by us on gate house handling (including regulation of authorized entries
of personnel/vehicles/ stores / equipment etc.) patrolling, firefighting, first
aid, handling emergency situations, maintenance of documents, handling of
communication systems, mannerism including body language etc.
14 days training program is
followed including
2 days of specialized customer
segment-wise training (separately for Corporate/ Hospitality/Industry/
Apart from the basic training
imparted to the Security personnel, we ensure that on the job training is also
carried out wherein the focus is on the specific duties of the personnel
deployed at various posts. This is done in coordination with the client and is
supervised by our Training Officer and Operational Officers.
Day Supervision:
The client location will be
visited by the Area Officer at least 4 times a week. The officer concerned will
sign in the Daily Muster Book and Unit Visit Register kept at the location.
Night Check:
Each location is checked by the
Area Officer at least thrice a week at a varied time schedule to maintain the
surprise element. To instil alertness in the minds of the security guards
deployed at night, the check is carried out even twice at various occasions.
Detailed Daily
Briefing/Deploying:
All Security Personnel are
briefed about their duties for 15 minutes before deployment by the Security
Supervisor. They are again debriefed for 15 minutes after the duty to review
problems / incidents with a view to obviate them.
